The Raleigh Lab is located in the UCSF Mission Bay Medical Center in the Brain Tumor Center on the 4th floor of the Helen Diller Family Comprehensive Cancer Center Building. Our research focuses on understanding the genomic, biochemical, and cellular drivers of brain tumor heterogeneity and evolution. We integrate human samples with diverse preclinical models to study development and cancer biology. In addition to illuminating how tumors develop and can be treated, our studies have shed light on fundamental signaling mechanisms that are relevant to mammalian development. Our team is comprised of biologists, computational scientists, and clinicians working together to advance our knowledge of cancer biology and improve treatments for cancer patients.
